Catering Manager
27 ½ hours per week, term time only plus 1 week
Scale 6 point 12 - 17 - £22,183 - £24,491 per annum (£14,071 - £15,535 per annum actual)
We are seeking a passionate, organised and highly motivated Catering Manager who is a great cook to join our committed school team:
Requirements
Trained to level 3 Food Safety or NVQ equivalent.
Has experience of producing approximately 150 meals per day (with a team of three)
Able to build rapport with the children
Manage a budget
Plan menus providing a balanced diet, implement Theme days as required.
Ordering, check delivers and store all raw and cooked foods correctly.
Stock management
Ensuring compliance with Food standards and food hygiene regulations
Committed to staff development, the post holder will have access to training and work with our Essex School Meals Consultant.
