Actual Salary: £16,486 - £17,495 per annum depending on experience
We are looking to appoint a proactive Pastoral Assistant who will provide excellent support for all students who attend the school. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, positive and demonstrate resilience and adaptablity. You will work closely with students to improve their atttendance, behaviour and learning potential and along with the other members of the pastoral support team provide practical and administrative assistance to the Assistant Headteacher to promote student wellbeing.

The Deanes is well situated in South East Essex, with good links to public transport. We are situated within ten minutes of Benfleet and Rayleigh Rail Stations, where a 45 minute train journey will take you into London. There is also ample car parking onsite.
