Hours: Full time 37 hours per week to be worked on a rota system and to include evenings and weekends

The Site Assistant will support the Facilities Manager with the effective and efficient running of the premises, including health and safety compliance and contract management, ensure resources are in place to deliver the School's Strategic Improvement Plan and comply with all legal requirements in relation to health, safety, security and the environment.
The successful candidate will use appropriate systems to monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of facilities management within the school. They will also be responsible for the management of contractors attending the site, including, but not limited to, the issuing of work permits, conducting site inductions and monitoring the work undertaken. They will also support the school Site Team with repairs and maintenance.
