MIDDAY ASSISTANT
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary range: Level 3 - Salary Point 5
Part time: 1 hour 15 minutes per day, 5 days per week with the possibility of an additional 30 minutes TBC
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic caring individual to join our team of Midday Assistants. The lunchtime is an important part of the day; as well as supporting the children in the dinner hall, Midday Assistants also lead and supervise games and activities to engage the children and administer first aid when required.
The position is for 1 hour 15 minutes per day, 5 days a week. There may be an additional 30 minutes available which will be confirmed as soon as possible.
The successful applicant must:
· be enthusiastic
· be happy to engage with the children, supporting them in their play
· be a positive, calm and flexible team player who is able to work on their own initiative
· be reliable and demonstrate confidentiality
