As a member of the team, you will be working closely to support students whilst liaising with staff and parents. The Pastoral Leader role is an integral part of the school's Student Welfare Team, dealing with a range of matters across the school such as friendships, student-staff relationships and student behaviour management.

Previous experience of working with children (11-16) preferably in an educational setting is desirable, and experience of dealing with external agencies would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills combined with strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills (Microsoft Office & SIMS).
