Do you have experience of working with children or young adults with SEN?

Do you enjoy working creatively as part of a team, to achieve success for young people?

Are you able to work independently and with flexibility of hours?

Are you a good communicator, sensitive to the needs of children and families?

We are looking to appoint a Keyworker who will be responsible for supporting young children with severe and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join our school based team to provide innovative support across school, community and home settings for young people with special needs. The successful candidate will ideally have a first degree but should, as a minimum, have a relevant NNEB, BTEC, NVQ 2/3 qualification or equivalent. Access to transport or a driver and car is essential for this role.

We passionately believe that every child can discover their own remarkable life. It's what motivates us around here. We know this vision requires something extra. • More like minded colleagues, so you can benefit from others' experience - You're connected to our network of 58 academies and thousands of education professionals.
  • More technology so you can make more impact - G Suite for Education embedded throughout. Collaborative cloud technology gives you access to the latest tools, when and where it suits you. More tech enabled classrooms mean less time spent on admin and more time teaching.
