Learning Support Assistant
Term time only
Start date: As soon as possible
Closing date: 12pm 28th September 2021
Hours: 31.25 per week
Salary: level 4 SCP 6-7
Leigh North Street Primary School is looking for a dedicated and innovative LSA, who is highly motivated and committed to achieving the best for every child. Experience of working with children is essential.
The ideal candidate will:
Ø be able to foster positive relationships with children and colleagues
Ø be able to make learning fun and engaging
Ø be keen to develop a child's independence and self-help skills
Ø be well organised and efficient
Ø Qualified in Support teaching and learning to level 2
Ø be able to follow direction but must be pro-active and use own initiative
Ø have a good standard of English and Mathematics (preferably GCSE Grade C or above)
Ø Committed to pupil outcomes
