We are looking for a teacher to join our school from 15 November 2021 for three days each week to cover a maternity leave in one of our Year R classes.
The successful candidate will have a passion for children's learning, will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that all children make good or better progress based on their starting points and teaching will be judged as good or better overall. If you are passionate about learning and teaching and able to demonstrate a commitment to inclusive practice we would love to hear from you. We offer excellent CPD for all staff, and work within a strong network of local schools and our partner schools within Bridge Academy Trust.
Visits to the school are strongly encouraged as this will give you an opportunity to learn more about our school and decide whether this is the right place for you. The interview process will involve teaching and a formal interview.

Acorn Academy is a large infant school with three classes in each year group and the added benefit of a nursery and a specialist speech and language provision.
