Waltham Holy CrossPrimary Academy are seeking to appoint aninspiringand motivatedAssistantHeadteacherto join ourSenior Leadership Teamon a permanent basis.This is aclassroom basedrole and the successful applicant will have class responsibility as well asplaying asignificant part in maintaining our high standards of achievement atWaltham Holy Cross Academy.There will be designated leadership team out of class every week to support with the leadership aspects of the role.The Assistant Head will work with theTrust,Headteacher, Governors andSenior Leadership team.
Applicants must havea proven track record of raising standards, an excellent understanding and knowledge of improving outcomes for pupils andleadership experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for team teaching, coaching and setting high standards.
