Tendring Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and versatile person, with experience of working in a primary setting, to work acrossKey Stages 1 and 2,supportinga child with ASD; work with the whole class and small groups;and also be part of our lunchtime team.
Ideally you will have experience of working with children with ASD.
We are a small friendly school situated in the middle of Tendring village and surrounded by an attractive environment. Our children are happy, well-behaved and enthusiastic about learning. The successful candidate will be joining a team of supportive staff, parents and governors.

As part of the lunchtime team you will be responsible for:
- Actively engaging children in play and social activities
- Securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of the pupils during the lunchtime break
- Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises
The job comprises 26 hours per week LSA and 5 hours per week MDA. The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible, however consideration will be made for the right candidate.

Information about the School
Tendring Primary is small, popular school located close to the Suffolk/Essex Border, attracting children from a wide area across the Tendring Peninsular. We currently have 190 children on roll. The School is set in approximately a three acre site with original buildings dating back to 1896. The school has extended over the years to include new buildings and extensive outdoor learning facilities.
