We are seeking to appoint a skilled and committed leader to help lead our successful Mathematics Faculty. As Second in Mathematics you will be part of a team responsible for the strategic leadership and teaching of Mathematics, from Key Stages 3 to 5.

We are looking for someone who:
● is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success in raising standards
● holds UK QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
● has strong subject knowledge, with a passion for Mathematics
● has exceptionally high expectations of what students can achieve
● enjoys collaborating and motivating others to be their best and to be at the cutting edge of pedagogical development
● thinks outside the box and has the ability to develop innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment.

The school is a popular and successful 11-18 comprehensive situated in the beautiful North Essex countryside with good communications to London and the South East and is approximately 7 miles from Stansted Airport.
