Deputy Headteacher
We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced teacher as Deputy Headteacher to join our Church School from September 2021. This is a fantastic opportunity in a great location to serve a community of enthusiastic children.
We are looking for an outstanding senior leader to work alongside the headteacher, other senior leaders, the local schools board, and within a family of church schools, the Vine Schools Trust.
Our new Deputy will be someone who:
o Is an outstanding teacher and can model good practice.
o Is passionate about learning and working with children.
o Is ambitious for themselves and others.
o Is a strong communicator with children, parents, and staff.
o Is a positive role model for all and leads by example.
o Has a clear understanding of the needs of the school beyond the classroom.
o Has experience of leading change and improvement.
o Will be committed to supporting the Christian ethos of the school and the Vine Schools Trust of 23 schools, providing many opportunities for personal and professional development within a Church School context.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification, job description, and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Information about the School
Latchingdon C of E Primary School admits KS1 and KS2 Boys and Girls aged 4 to 11. The admissions limit is 25 pupils per year group
