This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a successful and aspirational school. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a focus on behaviour and attendance. With the support and involvement of the teachers and relevant support staff, the Year Lead will be expected to devise and promote initiatives that develop the strength of the student to best support the well-being, of all students in the Academy within the specific year group.

You would be based at our Belfairs Academy in Leigh on Sea.
