Could you be our new school site manager?

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, and reliable person to manage our caretaking team at the school and take overall responsibility for keeping our school buildings and grounds presentable, compliant and fit for providing a high quality education to our pupils. Previous experience in building management and general maintenance is desirable. We offer a positive and thriving school environment, a great team of staff and a commitment to continuing professional development. It is vital that the successful candidate has good people skills to manage the team effectively and to be able to relate well to children, interacting with them in a positive and friendly manner. The hours will be 30 per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm, (split shift) as directed, for 52 weeks per year including holiday entitlement, which must be taken during school holidays. The rate of pay is Scale 6- current range £21,589 to £23,836 depending upon experience. Unfortuately, visits to the school are not possible at present, but please feel free to call the Headteacher for more information.
