1:1 LSA/MDA - Commencing January 2021

1:1 LSA - 15 hours per week, term time only, fixed term until August 2022,

Scale 3 pts 4-5 (£6,433-£6,561 per annum actual)

9.00 am to 12 noon Monday - Friday

MDA - 5 hours per week, term time only, fixed term until August 2022,

Scale 2 pts 2-3 (£2,061 - £2,102 per annum actual)

12 noon to 1.00 pm Monday - Friday

St Andrew's CE Primary School are seeking a highly motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child with an EHCP. The successful candidate will be required to work 15hours per week, will need to be able to follow a 'One Plan' under the guidance of the Class Teacher and SENCO and preferably to have experience of working with children special educational needs.

We would like to hear from you if you:

· Have excellent communication skills.

· Have good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE grade C or Level 2 and above).

· Have good behaviour management skills.

· Are seeking a rewarding role.

· Have creative and practical skills for activities and lesson delivery.
