We are looking for a Family Support Worker to join our wonderful Inclusion team.
The successful candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- An excellent team worker who is flexible where required.
- Excellent communication skills, including written
- GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Maths (A*-C)
- Experience in developing relationships with parents and families.
- Able to identify barriers in the home to learning/attending
- An understanding of the Level 2 services and support available locally for parents and families.
- A thorough understanding of how safeguarding impacts the child's learning and attendance
- Able to identify and support Young Carers.
