Teacher A Level Politics
Salary: Qualified* up to £19,267.00
Unqualified up to £15,263.50
Location: Harlow
Part Time (2.5 days)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented teacher to work within the 6th form, who will be able to play a key role in the preparation, planning and delivery of learning and co-ordinating formal assessments for students studying A Level Politics.
What we are looking for
As a creative and pro-active professional you'll be expected to use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning initiatives that engage, motivate and enable all learners of all abilities to develop and succeed, as well as maximising student potential. You will also be working to address individual learning needs, overcome barriers to learning and encourage autonomous learning.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- deally a degree or equivalent and relevant teaching and assessing qualifications (or the ability to obtain them), OR a minimum of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Politics
- curriculum knowledge and, where relevant, industrial experience in the relevant area
- Ideally a teaching qualification or willingness to undertake study of a teaching qualification and attain qualified teaching and learning status
- Must have a grade C GCSE in English and Maths, level 2 or equivalent.
