HLTA - Kents Hill Junior School
Pay Range: Band 3 Point 7-11 (Actual Annual Salary £13,324 - £14,423)
Contract Type:Permanent, Part-time
Working Hours/Weeks Per Year: 28hrs 45 minutes per week (term time, plus five non-pupil days - 39 weeks per year)
Kents Hill Junior School is seeking to appoint a highly dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, ideally to start as soon as possible.
This post will require you to cover PPA time across the school but may also require you to work alongside teachers at other times to support pupil's learning.
Applicants must have experience in a similar role and hold qualification NVQ Level 2 in Learning Support as a minimum. You will successfully be able to develop strong relationships with children and manage behaviour effectively when called upon. You should also be confident in using your own initiative when needed.
Kents Hill Junior School is located in Benfleet, Essex and is part of the Epsilon Star Multi Academy Trust; founded in September 2016, it is also joined by Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery.
