LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Fixed term - immediate start
12 hours over 4 days per week to be agreed
Band 3, SCP 4 (£18,933-£19,312 pro rata)
Would you like to join our successful village school to support our young pupils? Are you a good team player? Are you flexible, creative and committed to high standards?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant. Successful candidates will be required to work flexibly, taking direction from the class teacher and SENCO in adapting and planning activities. Subject to your own experience, skills and qualifications, you may also have the opportunity to lead some small intervention groups using planning by our expert teachers.
Good qualifications and previous experience of working with young children are desirable.

· Are versatile and able to support our teachers in delivering a high standard of learning to pupils of all abilities.

· Communicate with parents/carers and other professionals.
· Be able to contribute to our positive, safe, caring and supportive environments.
· Have GCSE standard, or equivalent, of Maths and English.
