St John's Green Primary School is a large Town Centre school, operating over two sites.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Finance Assistant with good numeracy and literacy skills to join our School Business Management team. HR experience would be desirable. The fixed term contract is to 31/08/2021 and part time, 15 hours per week (3 hours per day) during term time including Non Pupil days, 9.00am to 12.00pm. This role is set at pay scale 3.4 which equates to £18,933.00 pro-rata per annum (£6,550.85 actual per annum).
It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate has previous experience of working in a busy office with a good understanding of Finance & HR.
The main duties are:
- Raising orders & paying invoices by BACS/Cheques
- Filing and post
- General Finance and HR tasks
In house and external training will be provided for the responsibilities listed above.
The closing date for applications is midday on 06th October 2020 and interviews will be held on 09th October 2020. The successful applicant will be required to start as soon as possible.
