Office Manager and PA to the Headteacher
37 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm term-time only
Level 7 pt 21 pro-rata (£22,266 actual salary)
Fixed term until 21st July 2021
Required 1st September 2020 or as soon after that as possible
We are looking for a cheerful person who is energetic, flexible, outgoing and reliable to lead a busy, but very friendly school office. The role will be stimulating and involve significant variety and challenge. The successful applicant will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach and be able to motivate a team.
The successful applicant will have:
Office management experience
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and be computer literate
The ability to work well under pressure
The ability to relate well to parents, children, staff and visitors to the school
A clear understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality
A willingness to learn and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our children
Possess an excellent telephone manner
Basic First Aid skills
