We are seeking to appoint a colleague to come and join our friendly team and inspire our children. NQTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. We provide all teachers with effective opportunities for professional development. If you come and join our team you will be joining one that works hard for the good of all our children and one that enjoys cake, chocolates and 'chippy Fridays'!

This post is for a September 2020 start and will be in Year Two, for at least the first year. For the right candidate we are willing to wait for a January 2021 start. Salary will be paid according to appropriate experience and qualifications. If you are an NQT we will provide you with good support for your first year of doing the best job in the world. If you're more experienced, then please talk to us about subject leadership and the possibility of being our Key Stage One Lead and member of our Senior Leadership Team. The phase leadership role comes with a TLR2.

We have a rural/coastal location just twenty minutes from Colchester. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese.
