We are expanding! Consequently, we are looking for an HLTA to join our friendly, creative and hardworking team. Our ethos is based around the Core Values of Respect, Enjoyment, Care, Confidence and Challenge, so we have high standards and big ideas.
The appointed HLTA will provide PPA cover for a variety of year groups as well as subject leadership cover and classroom support. The candidate needs to have the patience and flexibility to work with a wide range of children across Key Stage 1 and 2.
Staff wellbeing is at the core of our provision, including social events, subscription to HeadSpace, a dedicated member of staff responsible for staff well being and cakes and chocolate on a regular basis.
An indicative working pattern is below with hours being 8:45am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday
5x mornings working in a class
At least 2 afternoon's covering PPA
At least 2 sessions covering subject leadership time
