Learning Support Assistant
Start Date: September 2020
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 3.30 pm
Term Time Only
Salary range: LGS level 3 point 5 £18,795 pa
Pro Rata Actual Salary £15,708 pa
Applications are invited for the post of Learning Support Assistant, term time only.
The successful applicant will be based in our Learning Resource Base and will be required to enhance and support the learning of students who have a wide range of special educational needs. Applicants must be friendly, enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Information about the School
Chase High School is a mixed, mainstream secondary school located in Westcliff-on-Sea
, near Southend, Essex. It educates more than 1,000 students aged 11-18 from over 40 countries. Since 2011, the school has had a sixth form.
Chase High School was built more than 100 years ago and recently secured academy status under the Discovery Educational Trust. The secondary school continues to be involved in the community, forging local and international partnerships
