Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and inspiring teacher who will promote the achievement and wellbeing of our pupils who have severe, moderate and complex needs. Ofsted has graded us a Good School with outstanding EYFS and Safeguarding provision.
You will need:
To be able to teach Art across the school to accreditation
To develop a range of art related activities across the school and in the community
The ability to create a clear vision for the class, department and school
The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential
To have a strong track record of outstanding teaching
To be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding, scaffolding their next steps accurately
To have high expectations of pupils and experience of raising achievement
Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
