Geography Teacher

Geography is a thriving, extremely popular subject and integral part of West Hatch High School across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. Students love the subject because of the creative way it is delivered by our experienced and collegiate team. Results for the department for A Level and GCSE are consistently in line with, and above national average. An ICT suite within the department and a commitment to exploring the world through fieldwork, including the D of E Award and World Challenge, we demonstrate that we aim to develop and stimulate students both in and out of the classroom.
We are looking for someone who believes in building strong relationships with students and is willing to go the extra mile to support them in being successful both in and outside of school. You would be expected to develop, plan and deliver effective and high quality learning experiences to all students across all key stages.
