37 hours per week, term time only plus non-pupil days, actual salary range £18,351- £20,251. Band 3 point 12-17, (April 2020 new pay scales Scale 6).
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Sports Coach to join our hard working team. We have high expectations of behaviour and achievement.

You should have experience working within the sports sector with primary aged children.
You must hold qualifications in both Maths and English, G.C.S.E. (Grades A-C), or equivalent. This is a requirement for this role.
Some of the duties required will include:
- To deliver the Key Stage 1 and 2 physical education programme.
- To be responsible for planning, delivering and monitoring a co-ordinated programme of activities, to include games, dance, gymnastics, athletics and outdoor and adventurous activities.
- To develop and deliver a range of high quality support and physical activity opportunities to young people in an engaging and progressive manner.
- To provide high quality coaching and physical activity programmes to support the delivery of high quality sports days and festivals of intra-school and inter school sport.
- To promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle to children with a view to lifelong physical activity.
- To conduct risk assessments as and when required.
