Higher Level Teaching Assistant (part time)
Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 12.15pm, term time only, 18.75 hrs per week
Baynards Primary School are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming committed team for 5 mornings a week. The successful candidate will be Level 4 HLTA qualified and have extensive experience working within a primary school setting. The role will be varied from covering mixed age classes from reception to Year 6, to delivering high quality intervention sessions and supporting within the classroom.

Information about the School
Baynards is a smaller than average sized primary school with a big heart! It is located on the edge of Tiptree village within easy reach of Colchester. We currently have a roll of just over 100 pupils who learn in 4 spacious, bright and well-resourced classrooms. The children are delightful and are very enthusiastic about their learning. Baynards Primary School is an active member of a consortium of over 20 primary schools in the local area and has regular contact with peers and colleagues in the group. We have a recently expanded Governing Body who are dedicated and strive for excellence for all pupils.
Teachers set high expectations for all pupils and those with special educational needs are supported at all times, both academically and socially. The Teachers are supported by the pupils who are proud of who they are and are keen to progress.
