Head of Department - Business Studies
Salary and range - variable depending on qualifications/experience
FTE: 100%
Required: September 2020
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent and a relevant degree) to join our experienced Business Studies department from September 2020.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach Business Studies to key stages 3 and 4, will be creative, innovative, efficient and committed to raising standards. They will have excellent subject knowledge and need the ability to lead and inspire pupils of all abilities. Set challenging targets for students and have an excellent awareness of curriculum issues relating to economics.
Applications from teachers at any stage in their career are welcome: teachers with the ambition to train to become Lead Practitioners; NQTs; or those looking to experience a supportive environment where they can focus on teaching. Relocation packages/support with student loan packages are available.
