Our Deputy Headteacher post is unique because it will provide the successful candidate with the privilege and role of being the most senior member of staff on site most of the time. Therefore, it is perfect both for those that are seeking a deputy headship prior to headship and those that wish to be a very influential deputy headteacher without having the final responsibility of being the headteacher.
We are very excited about this next step for our school. We are seeking to appoint someone who will play a pivotal role in enabling us to achieve our vision of every child making great progress and thus attaining well in all areas of their development.
This role comes with the support of being part of a senior leadership team of three people and the delight of being part of a village primary school. In addition to the Deputy Headteacher we are seeking to appoint, the senior leadership team of our school is the headteacher, who is also the headteacher of St Osyth Church of England Primary School, and the deputy headteacher of St Osyth Church of England Primary School.
We encourage all those interested in this post to come and see our children, find out more about this exciting leadership role and maybe even have some cake or chocolate. To arrange a visit please contact the Headteacher Designate, Mark Carter-Tufnell, on 01255 820823 or via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
