Caretaker & Maintenance Assistant

Hours of Work: 37 per week on a shift pattern between 6.30am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, (e.g. 6.30am to 2pm or 10.30am to 7pm), 52 weeks per year

Salary: Pay scale 2 Points 11-16

Actual starting salary £17,347

We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker & Maintenance Assistant to contribute to the smooth running of the Academy at both Fambridge Road and Mill Road campuses. The person will be carrying out a range of maintenance duties including security and supervision of the site and related equipment and other caretaking duties including porterage, cleaning and maintenance.
