Rayleigh Primary School is a happy, welcoming school with a historic past. Our new Headteacher has a rare opportunity to lead this established, successful and forward-thinking school towards an even brighter future. Building on the success of the retiring Headteacher, the school and its children are looking for an exceptional leader who will use the key strands of the UNICEF Rights Respecting School and International Dimension to bring new innovations to teaching and learning so every day is a great day at school.

Information about the School
SEAMAT is a small Multi-Academy Trust which takes as its mantra the UNICEF Rights of the Child. All schools within the trust are expected to work towards the goals of a Right Respecting School and the candidate must subscribe to uphold a rights respecting culture. SEAMAT consistently seeks to be innovative and it works across Europe to build a better understanding of the learning process. The alliance believes in the freedom of school leaders to run their own schools adapting our joint learning and systems for individual circumstances. Rayleigh Primary School is the sponsor within SEAMAT and the teaching school within the South Essex Teaching Institute.
