Learning Support Assistant Required
Start date: - From Monday 2nd March
(dependant on notice period of candidate)
Band 2, points 3 - 5 Mid point
25 hours per week term time only (Approx annual Salary £10,089)
Unity Primary Academy is looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our hardworking, committed and dedicated support team.
The role will require the successful candidate to support the learning of our pupils within the class as direct by the class teacher. The successful applicant must be able to fully engage pupils with a strong commitment to learning; be a confident individual who has a flexible approach and can work well under pressure. Have an understanding of motivating pupils of differing skill levels and a good awareness of behaviour management strategies.
