An exciting opportunity has arisen as an Office Administrator within White Hall Academy Nursery.
This is a position that requires someone who is able to juggle a very busy office, supporting the Nursery Manager, as well as be the first port of call for parents, carers and external visitors to the nursery.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate both their IT and admistrative skills and have a good knowledge of a busy administrative environment.
If you are an organised individual, who enjoys general office duties and has the ability to prioritise and work autonomously at times enjoys following instructions and giving full administrative/clerical support to the Nursery Manager then this could be something of interest.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Word, Excel and Powerpoint and knowledge of Kindersoft would be desriable but training will be given.
The hours will be 37 per week - in term time only.
