An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and successful Learning Support Assistant Teams.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated LSA to work 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday, 38 weeks per year) from 8.45 am to 3.15pm. This includes a 30 minutes lunch break and 45 minutes per day will be during the pupils' lunchtime. Pro-rated salary at point 4 would be £7,654.73 and at point 5 would be £7,803.12 (current Band 2 point 4-5, post April 2020 Scale 3 point 4-5).
Fixed term contract until August 2020.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a school and will have a relevant qualification to at least NVQ Level 2, as well as GCSE (or equivalent) grades C or above in English and Maths. Along with a commitment to supporting our children to achieve their best academically, good organisational skills are essential as well as the ability to be a good team player.
