Class teacher (any specialism considered)
Pay scale: TMS / UPS + SEN1
Required: Easter or September 2020
Castledon School are looking for someone who has a passion and / or experience of working with pupils with either ASD or social / emotional needs.

Successful candidates will have:
· A few tricks up their sleeves - you never know when you might have to come up with a new lesson because that plan you spent hours working on is just not going down well…
· Spandex - being resilient and flexible is key when you have researched every classroom strategy and your class is still not engaged…
· An array of footwear - running club, Gruffalo woods, the orchard, farm animals - one needs to be equipped for all our areas of learning!
· Lightbulb moments - we are always looking for new ideas to improve our curriculum, clubs, social activities and fundraising initiatives…
We are looking for a teacher with either a primary or secondary background, if the latter please share your subject specialism to help us build capacity at Castledon School (Year 1 - Year 14).
