PA to Core Leadership
Band 2 - top (Point Range 3-6)
37 hours per week 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday
Term-time plus one weeks holiday working
Actual Annual Salary £15,349 - £16,288
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work alongside our Core Leadership Team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised PA to provide dedicated, high-quality and effective secretarial support to our Core Leadership team on a day to day basis.
You will need to have experience of administrative work ideally in a busy school environment, some knowledge of school policies and personnel procedures would be an advantage. You will be responsible for arranging appointments, meetings and daily schedules for the Core Leadership Team as well as preparing presentations, photocopying and distributing information as required. You will be expected to take minutes in meetings and to act as a liaison between the Core Leadership Team and staff, parents, governors, other departments as well as outside agencies.
You will need to be polite, efficient and possess good communication skills as well as be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Previous PA experience would be an advantage, however if you have strong administrative skills then training will be provided.
