Colchester Royal Grammar School is looking to appoint an HR Officer to work closely with the Headmaster and Business Manager. The role is part-time although exact working hours will be discussed with candidates.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and professional and will ideally have experience of working in an HR position. The role involves taking a lead on all employment related matters for teaching and support staff.

Boys 11-18, on roll approx. 1012 students of which 400 in the sixth form, 30 boarders
