Caretaker Part-time - 15 hours per week
41 weeks per year
LGS Scale 5 Points 8-11 dependent on experience
Work Pattern 07.45 - 08.45 daily and 4.00-6.00pm daily
An enthusiastic, practical and reliable person is required to join our site team at this large Infant School. You must have an aptitude for maintenance tasks and be able to work on your own initiative. Key duties will include site security, cleaning, minor repairs, grounds and general maintenance.
Previous experience in a similar position is desirable. Qualifications or experience in a trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building) is also desirable.
