Learning in Harmony Multi Academy Trust (LiHT) is looking for an outstanding individual to join our HR & Payroll team which is based in one of our Southend Schools
Newham Payscale Level 6 £27,228 - £28,215
Monday to Friday 36 hours, 52 weeks per year
In this role, you will act as a member of the business support team, providing both HR & Payroll services to our expanding workforce. You will need to have strong understanding of HR systems and processes and demonstrate the ability to deliver tasks and projects with the minimum of supervision. At the same time, you will be committed to collaborative teamwork, as an integral part of a skilled and supportive team
This role will initially be based at one of our Southend schools. However, you will be required to travel and attend meetings at locations across the trust as required.

Information about the School
Our large primary school is a happy, vibrant learning community situated in Southend-on-Sea.
The school is situated only 300m from the beach. We are blessed to have a large site with some fantastic facilities including our own swimming pool, Forest Schools area, environmental area and pond as well as two large playing fields.
Our community is a place of learning and friendship. We provide a happy and nurturing environment, so that as well as maturing into well-rounded, healthy young people, our children develop a passion for learning.
