School Administrator: Hours 27:30 per week, term time plus non-pupil days (5). 9am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Job shares will be considered.
Our outstanding school requires an enthusiastic, hard-working multi-tasker with a good sense of humour to join our busy office. Candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, as they will be our first point of call.
Duties will include dealing with admission enquiries, maintaining pupil data and statutory returns, pupil registration and dinner orders, website and social media administration, parent messaging, school letters, reception duties, pastoral signposting and other general school office procedures.
A good general education is a must and knowledge of SIMs and Microsoft Office is desirable. Confidentiality is essential.
