Do you enjoy working with children? Are you a 'people person' who likes being part of a team? If so, we would love to meet you. We are looking for someone who is fun, kind and enthusiastic to join our 'Springers' team who provide childcare in our Breakfast and Afterschool Club.

The hours of work would be from 7.30am to 9.00am on a Monday, Thursday and Friday and from 3pm to 6pm, on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during term time only, (total contracted hours of13.5 per week). To allow flexibility, this role could also be offered on a job-share basis so, whether you are interested in working for all of these sessions or just some of them, we would like to hear from you.

In addition to the contracted hours there may be the opportunity to work additional hours in our Crèche and Holiday Club as well as providing cover for other sessions due to staff absence. If you have children who attend Newlands Spring School this should not deter you from applying as it may be possible to accommodate them within Springers while you work.

The rate of pay for this post is Local Government Pay Scale Band 2 (Actual Pay range £10.48 to £10.70 per hour including an amount for holiday pay entitlement).

If you think this job may be for you or you know someone who it might suit and would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Tracey Brown on 01245 442031.

The closing date for applications is Friday 10th January 2020, with interviews to take place the following week.
