Administrative Assistant

12.5 hours per week, 8.30am-11am Monday-Friday term time only

Essex Scale 2019 Band 2 to Mid Point - £5,044.90-£5,248.76 actual gross salary (depending on experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our school office. You will need to be a team player with an ability to meet deadlines and keep calm under pressure.

We are looking for someone:

To provide secretarial, clerical and word processing support ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times;

To provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils files;

To undertake reception and telephone duties, answering enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and the general public in a calm and professional manner;

To collect and reconcile monies, including dinner monies, as required;

To administer first aid to pupils and maintain medical records and stocks;

Who has achieved GCSE English & Maths grade C or above.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
