Salary : Band 2 3-5 £18,065 to £18,795 plus Outer Fringe Allowance (£609) (starting salary dependent on experience).
Actual salary between £11,098.78 to £11,547.28 plus outer fringe £374.16
Hours : 27.5 hours (from 8.45am-3.15pm daily)

St Peter's Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint a high quality Learning Support Assistant to join our existing team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated and will enjoy the challenges that accompany working with children. Previous experience of working in a classroom environment and good behaviour management skills would be desirable.
You will need to be:
Conscientious, patient and enthusiastic at all times and have an ability to build rapport with children, creating a safe teaching environment.
Positive and motivational with strong communication skills.
Happy working on a one to one basis with the children.
You will be expected to:
Help to organise the classroom to create a positive learning environment.
Work with others to plan and coordinate work.
Take part in school events and activities.
