Part Time LSA and Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Band 2 & Band 4 Term Time 38 Weeks
Permanent Contract to start as soon as possible
What are we looking for?
A flexible team player, who is experienced and confident in supporting and covering classes in the primary phase.
Confidence to cover classes in years 4-6 in particular, but able to adapt approaches for all year groups.
A knowledge of the primary curriculum and high standards of pupil attainment.
An inclusive approach to positive behaviour, building relationships with children and willing to follow the school's behaviour policy.
Ideally, HLTA status already achieved, but the school may consider LSAs willing to undertake this training.
At least Maths and English passed at GCSE or equivalent.

Regular training with our team of LSAs and opportunities to join teachers in relevant CPD.
