Inclusion Lead
MPS + Fringe + SEN
Required for April 2020
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Inclusion Lead to join our highly motivated team in an outstanding school (Ofsted, April 2012) and a National Teaching School since 2013.
You will need to:
Be experienced /qualified/or be willing to train in the role of a Primary SENCO
Take responsibility for SEN/inclusion provision
Play a key role in school leadership and management
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to motivate and support staff and pupils
Be an exemplary teacher
Have high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
Be committed to working in close partnership with parents, governors and the wider community.
We set high standards for the quality of education at the school and will support you to become an outstanding SENCO through the provision of outstanding professional development including opportunities for outreach through the Teaching School, ITT support work and Catalyst Academies Trust, who are currently the highest performing Multi-Academy Trust in the country (DfE 2018). Information about the School
Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.

Our bespoke curriculum is carefully planned to enable us to teach all the National Curriculum subjects in a creative and inspiring way.
