Actual Salary £21,587-£24,226

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Non-Teaching Pastoral Leader, to assist with the work of the Student Standards and Well-Being Team, to promote the highest standards of student behaviour and uniform standards across the school. Focusing on behaviour management, wellbeing and communication with parents, you will be key in providing individual support to children and young people, working closely with Non Teaching Year Leaders, outside agencies and form tutors.
Beauchamps High School is an 'OUTSTANDING' 11-18 school, with examination results at all levels significantly above the National picture. In November 2014 OFSTED recognised the exceptional education we deliver and stated that "Teaching is outstanding. Teachers know their subjects extremely well and help students to gain knowledge quickly and then use it skilfully and confidently in all their work".
