Chase High School is an academy that forms part of the Brentwood Academy Trust in partnership with St Martin's School, Brentwood. We are seeking to appoint 2 Community Attendance Support staff to improve the attendance and punctuality of our students. This is a new position within the school and highlights the importance we place on attendance.

The majority of the postholders time will be spent travelling to students homes across the local neighbourhood liaising with parents and students to identify the causes of poor attendance. The ideal candidate will be from the local community and be committed to improving the lives of local children by providing a pro-active, consistent and personal service to facilitate co-operation and understanding between the school and home.
