We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in ICT to join our Executive Team.
SECAT is a Multi Academy Trust, which consists of one large secondary school, three primary schools, and an infant and a junior school all within 1.6 miles of each other. We have a mixture of long-standing and newer Headteachers within our SECAT community who all work well together to deliver the outcomes we have come to expect and also to work with our colleagues in the Local Authority and other schools in Southend.
The role is critical to ensuring efficient and successful delivery of ICT. The candidate will be an organised team player, with the ability to work under their own initiative.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the vision of the MAT. Currently we have many different systems on our seven sites. You will lead on the design, resourcing and delivery of consistently high-quality ICT across the MAT, which is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate.

The Trust Head Office is at SECAT House, which is in the grounds of Thorpedene Primary School, one of the 6 schools in our Trust. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant all operate from SECAT House.
The Central Finance Team, ICT Team, Estates Team and HR Team are all based in schools within the MAT, as is the Director of Education.
