We would like to appoint a confident and creative, proactive thinker to join our support team; supporting teaching and learning across the school.

You will need to-
*stay calm under pressure,

*use initiative when dealing with emotionally and physically challenging situations.

*be flexible and willing to undergo training and attend regular meetings.

You will have-
*successful experience working with children in a school/early years environment
*good reading, writing and maths skills (GCSE A-C or equivalent)
*a positive "can do" attitude
* a calm and caring manner along with a good sense of humour.
* a team approach- stepping in wherever help is needed.
